Galatians 4 v 1 - 7 A Child of the King

1. The Registration

The Restriction - 1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child,

The Resignation - differeth nothing from a servant,

The Resolution - though he be lord of all;

2. The Representation

His Practice - 2 But is under tutors and governors

His Patience - until the time

His Promise - appointed of the father.

3. The Regulation

The People - 3 Even so we,

The Past - when we were children,

The Price - were in bondage

The Path - under the elements of the world:

J.B. Phillips - we lived under the authority of basic moral principles.

Amp. [man-made religious or philosophical] teachings of the world.

4. The Revelation

The Time - 4 But when the fulness of the time was come,

The Test - God sent forth his Son,

The Trail - made of a woman,

The Trial - made under the law,

The Task - 5 To redeem them that were under the law,

The Triumph - that we might receive the adoption of sons.

The Triumph of -

His Redemption - 5 To redeem them that were under the law,

His Reclamation - that we might receive

His Restoration - the adoption of sons.

5. The Recognition - 6 And because ye are sons,

The Ratification - God hath sent forth

The Replication - the Spirit of his Son into your hearts,

The Revolution - crying, Abba, Father.

6. The Retrospection - 7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant,

The Reconstruction - but a son;

The Reservation - and if a son, then an heir of God

The Reconciliation - through Christ.
