Prayer, For The Oppression Of God's Family

by

Dr. Gale A. Ragan-Reid (June 29, 2014)

“In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old” (Isaiah 63:9, King James Version [Christ's power to save]).

For the oppression of women, the people cry in the night

For the oppression of the children, little girls and little boys, the people cry out in the night

Is it the night that you fear or the forces of evil that prevail in the darkness to kill, steal and destroy?

I do not know about you but I am mounted up on the wings of eagles and covered by spiritual wings (Exodus 19:4, KJV [God appeareth on Sinai]; Isaiah 63:9, KJV [Christ's power to save]).

Set your eyes on high.

Elijah ascended to God. Our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus ascended to God. Our own modern time leader, Martin Luther said he went to the mountain top.

You, too, must set your eyes on high.

As Apostle Paul told the Corinthians in his first letter to them, “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him” (2:9).

Look to Jesus that walked on the water.

Look to Jesus who calmed the sea.

Look to Jesus who fed the five thousand.

Look to Jesus who fed the four thousand.

Look to Jesus who died for you and who died for me.

Look to Jesus who covered you with His blood.

It is by the blood of the lamb that I stand in the gap, on the words of Prophet Isaiah (63:9) believing Christ's power to save.

“We are troubled but not distressed.

We are perplexed but not in despair.

We are persecuted but not forsaken.

We are cast down but not destroyed” (II Corinthians 4: 8-9, KJV [Hope of immortal glory]).

Witnessing the glory of God. To God be the glory.

It is by the grace of Christ Jesus that the quality of my belief system drives me to miracle making faith.

It is by the grace of Christ Jesus that the quality of my belief system breaks the chains that bind my faith.

It is by the grace of Christ Jesus that the quality of my belief system convicts my heart to feel God's love and say, “I did right to love the Lord with all my heart and all my soul”.

God will see you through.

God saw the children of Israel through over 400 years of slavery in Egypt.

God saw the children of Africa through over 200 years of slavery in America.

God will see you through.

The price was paid. Jesus paid the price. Jesus redeemed you with His blood. You have a redemptive love. Who have you redeemed with the redemptive love given to you? When all else fails you, God will see you through. When everyone you know turns their back on you, God will see you through. When the rent needs to be paid or the mortgage, even the car note needs to be paid or groceries need to be purchased and your children have lost faith in you, God will see you through. I would not let Satan take my children when all seems lost and tomorrow holds no hope, God will see you through. You know

Satan comes around when you are at your weakest hour, hopeless, distraught and discouraged but set your eyes on high even in your darkest hour set your eyes on high for God will see you through.

God will see you through.

The children of the world cry all day and night long, for someone took them, stole them from their family.

God will see them through Human Trafficking, Child Abuse, Child Pornography, Child Molestation and all the evils that set up shop in our family for the destruction of us all.

God will see you through.

God will see you through all the colors of slavery, black slavery, brown slavery, red slavery, yellow slavery and white slavery.

God will see you through.

Set your eyes on high.

Look to the mountain top.

God will see you through.

Is it not written, foretold and prophesied in the world of yesterday and in the world of today the evils that lurk in the darkness to take you from God's love, the trials and tribulations that manifest in your lives to steal you away from God's love, the prevailing culture of hate that stands in your way every time you set your eyes on Jesus to steal you away from God's love?

Did not Satan destroy the hearts of Israel since deliverance from Egypt while Moses was on high in the mountain of Mount Sinai with God and cause the children to build a golden calf as their God (the worship practice of the same Egyptians that persecuted them and enslaved them for over 400 years, Exodus 31:18; 32:1, 4, KJV [Moses receiveth the two tables; the golden calf])?
