7 Reasons Why People Come To Jesus

I. For Freedom.[Eh.1:5-7]

Ephes. 1:5-7

Having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus

Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His

will, [6] to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which

He has made us accepted in the Beloved. [7] In Him we

have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of

sins, according to the riches of His grace.

II. For Comfert.[Is.61:2,3]

Isaiah 61:2-3

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,

And the day of vengeance of our God;

To comfort all who mourn,

[3] To console those who mourn in Zion,

To give them beauty for ashes,

The oil of joy for mourning,

The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;

That they may be called trees of righteousness,

The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified."

III. For Strenght.[Phil.4:13]

Philip. 4:13

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

IV. For Peace.[Jn.14:27]

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as

the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be

troubled, neither let it be afraid.

V. For Joy.[Jn.15:10,11]

John 15:10-11

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My

love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and

abide in His love. [11] These things I have spoken to you,

that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be

full.

VI. For Rest.[Mt.11:28]

Matthew 11:29

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am

gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your

souls.

VII. For Eternal Life.[Jn.6:47]

John 6:47

Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me

has everlasting life.
