Why A Fruitful Life Is A Life Of Overflowing Joy Series

Summary: A look at five things that John 15 tells us will be present in the life of fruitful obedience that Jesus is calling us to.
A Full Heart: Pursuing the fruitful life that Jesus invites us to will fill our heart with great joy.

Some Specifics About That:
1. We have tangible proof of the existence and power of God.
- John 15:5.
2. We become powerhouses of prayer.
- John 15:7 – “it will be given you.”
- Luke 16:24.
3. We receive our heart’s desires.
- John 15:7 – “ask whatever you wish.”
4. We bring glory to God.
- John 15:8.
5. We have tangible proof that we belong to God.
- John 15:8.
- Many “hope” they’re ok with God. Many think they’re ok with God. Not enough have confidence in their place before God.
- As we see Him move in our lives and as we get closer to God, we have confidence that we are His.
