Who Cares? Series

Summary: We’ve all had times when we’ve wondered if anyone really cares. The world can sometimes be a lonely, scary place. Difficult life situations can make a person feel rejected, isolated, and abandoned. It seems like nobody really cares.
"Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7
DOES ANYONE CARE?
We’ve all had times when we’ve wondered if anyone really cares. The world can sometimes be a lonely, scary place. Difficult life situations can make a person feel rejected, isolated, and abandoned. It seems like nobody really cares.
GOD CARES!
At such times, it is only normal to wonder if anybody really cares. Well, the good news is that there is someone who cares. God loves you and He cares very much about you! In fact, He cares so much that He paid the supreme price to rescue you.
CHRIST PROVED HE CARES.
God demonstrated His care for you by giving His only begotten Son Jesus Christ for you. Christ died for you. This is proof positive that God cares for you. He really does care! Furthermore, He’s here to take care of you. You have a loving Heavenly Father who wants to take care of you. He is very concerned about you, and He graciously offers to take care of you.
GOD’S INVITATION IS SIMPLE.
Cast all your cares upon Him. This means you need to give up trying to take care of yourself. You must surrender completely to Him. Then turn your life over to Him. Give Him yourself—all you are and have. Entrust the Lord with the entire care and keeping of your life. He will do the rest.
The God who created all things can certainly take care of you. He is the Almighty God and nothing is too hard for Him. David said, “The Lord is my shepherd” (Psalm 23:1). A shepherd is a caretaker. The Lord Jesus Christ has come to be your caretaker.
GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
When you entrust your entire life to the Lord Jesus Christ, then He will take care of you. So, go ahead; cast it all on Him. Let yourself go to Him. Give the Lord all you are and all you have. He will take care of you, and yours. God really does care! Are you letting Him take care of you?
PRAYER:
“Dear Lord, I seem to have so many cares. There is always something that is bothering me. I am so glad that You care for me. Thank You for inviting me to cast my cares upon You. Therefore, I give You all the cares and keeping of my life; everything I am and have I entrust to You.”
