Summary: King Solomon might be the busiest man on earth. But, with God’s wisdom, King Solomon handled his many responsibilities in such a divine way that there was no busyness in his life and he had plenty of free time to accomplish additional tasks.

With God’s wisdom, King Solomon ruled over Israel and many other nations all the way up to the border the Egypt. King Solomon ruled over numerous rulers, many kingdoms, lakhs of people and had 700 wives, 300 concubines. On a daily basis, King Solomon might have at least 100 people to handle, 50 critical decisions to make, 20 major meetings to attend, families to deal with, and many more responsibilities.

King Solomon might be the busiest man on earth. But, with God’s wisdom, King Solomon handled his many responsibilities in such a divine way that there was no busyness in his life and he had plenty of free time to accomplish additional tasks. With God’s wisdom, King Solomon made the right decisions, allocated the appropriate people the right jobs, delegated the work to right people and had a beautiful system in place to administer the kingdom. God’s wisdom enables you to discern people and carry out your responsibilities correctly. Despite his busy schedule, Solomon found time to write three thousand proverbs, compose one thousand and five songs, and speak of creational wisdom by describing birds, animals, trees, and fish.

God’s wisdom allows you to do hard work with exponential growth without overstretching of time and effort. Without God’s wisdom, it’s hard labour, overstretching time and effort, and less growth.

King Solomon may have gotten a good night’s sleep after a long day’s labour and handled situations peacefully. The enemy always tries to keep you so busy with life and its responsibilities that you don’t have time to pray or study the Bible.

The enemy tries to give you an impression that you are capable of handling your responsibilities by your own abilities without the need of God’s wisdom. The enemy tries to hide the importance of using God’s wisdom. When you use your own wisdom to handle responsibilities, they become exceedingly difficult, very complex, time consuming, and can even result in lot of big mistakes. When you handle situations without God’s wisdom, they become big and complex. With God’s wisdom, dealing with office politics becomes straightforward and simple.

Many people do not get enough sleep due to their busy and hectic lifestyle. The busyness of life had worn out many people’s lives, including their thinking and thought processes. The busyness of life had made many people mentally sick, as well as worn out their physical bodies, resulting in a variety of health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and so on. God’s wisdom can easily extend your life by many years. It saves you from developing health problems at a young age.

Doing things with your own wisdom can even lead to stagnation and a halt in your growth of career. When you apply your wisdom, problems grow more complex, and you lose sleep, health, and finally peace. Busyness is a trap of the Devil. People nowadays are caught up in the trap of busyness of life. They have no time to study the Bible, pray, or help others. They are engrossed in their occupations, advancing their careers with their own wisdom.

If you are too busy in life, it suggests that you are not using God’s wisdom but rather your own wisdom, where you might not have delegated your work properly, might not have concentrated on the right tasks, might not put the sufficient hard work on the correct tasks, might not have made the right decisions, and so on.

God’s wisdom equips you to handle more responsibilities, prepares you for the future, and unlocks your latent potential. Wisdom of God is the remedy for the busyness of Life. If you are trapped in the trap of busyness of life, ask God to give you His wisdom to get out of it and live a simple peaceful life with more growth and abundant peace. The world is caught up in the busyness of life and responsibilities. The church is caught in busyness of doing God’s work. In either case, busyness is a trap of the devil.
