INTRODUCTION:
Faith is the divine bridge that connects man to the supernatural realm of God’s glory. Without faith, it is impossible to access or experience the reality of God’s presence, power, and splendour. Jesus made it clear that belief is the doorway to beholding the glory of God: “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” (John 11:40).
The glory of God is not a vague or abstract concept—it is the tangible expression of His presence, power, beauty, and holiness. This glory is meant to be seen, experienced, and manifested in the lives of believers every single day. However, many believers only experience glimpses of God’s glory because their faith is often limited, passive, or situational.
This message is a divine call to awaken and activate your faith daily so you can continually walk in God’s manifest glory. You are not meant to live a glory-deficient life—you are meant to be a carrier and a reflector of His glory every single day.
1. BELIEVING OPENS THE DOOR TO GLORY
Faith is the key that unlocks God’s glory. Wherever there is true belief in God's word and promises, the glory of God is made manifest.
a) Faith sees beyond the natural (Hebrews 11:1): True faith gives substance to things hoped for and evidence to things not seen.
b) Faith activates divine response (Matthew 9:29): Jesus healed based on the measure of people's faith—faith pulls heaven’s glory to earth.
c) Faith must be specific and expectant (Mark 11:24): Whatever you ask for in faith, believe you have received it, and it will manifest.
d) Faith speaks the language of glory (2 Corinthians 4:13): Believers speak what they believe, and that confession calls down God’s glory.
Biblical Example: Martha’s faith was tested at Lazarus’ tomb, but when she believed, she witnessed God’s glory in the resurrection (John 11:40-44).
2. WALKING IN OBEDIENCE SUSTAINS GLORY
Faith is not just about believing—it is about obeying. Obedience positions you for sustained glory encounters.
a) Obedience is an act of faith (Hebrews 11:8): Abraham obeyed God by faith and was led into the land of promise.
b) Disobedience quenches glory (1 Samuel 15:22-23): Saul’s disobedience caused the glory of God to depart from him.
c) Daily surrender keeps you in God’s will (Romans 12:1-2): When your life is a living sacrifice, His glory remains upon you.
d) Obedience invites divine approval (John 14:21): Jesus promised to manifest Himself to those who obey His commandments.
Biblical Example: Peter obeyed Jesus' command to cast his net again, and witnessed a miraculous catch revealing God's glory (Luke 5:4-7).
3. PURSUING GOD’S PRESENCE REVEALS HIS GLORY
To experience God’s glory daily, you must pursue His presence intentionally.
a) God reveals His glory to seekers (Exodus 33:18-19): Moses’ hunger for God led to a personal encounter with His glory.
b) Intimacy with God brings transformation (2 Corinthians 3:18): The more we behold Him, the more we reflect His glory.
c) Daily fellowship attracts divine visitation (Psalm 91:1): Those who dwell in His presence experience His covering and glory.
d) Praise and worship usher in glory (Psalm 22:3): God inhabits the praises of His people, revealing His presence.
Biblical Example: On the Mount of Transfiguration, Jesus’ glory was revealed while He was praying (Luke 9:28-32).
4. FAITH-FILLED DECLARATIONS RELEASE GLORY
What you confess by faith has power to draw heaven’s glory into your earthly reality.
a) Words shape your spiritual climate (Proverbs 18:21): Death and life are in the power of the tongue—speak faith, see glory.
b) Declare God’s promises over your life (Job 22:28): You shall decree a thing and it shall be established for you.
c) Confession aligns you with God’s will (Romans 10:10): Believing and speaking releases spiritual reality into the physical.
d) Silent faith limits expression (2 Corinthians 4:13): Faith must speak to activate God’s glory in any situation.
Biblical Example: Ezekiel spoke to dry bones by faith, and the glory of God brought them back to life (Ezekiel 37:1-10).
5. FAITH PREPARES YOU FOR GREATER GLORY
Faith positions you for higher dimensions of God’s glory as you grow and mature in Him.
a) Glory is revealed progressively (2 Corinthians 3:18): We move from one level of glory to another by the Spirit.
b) Trials precede greater glory (Romans 8:18): Present sufferings are nothing compared to the glory to be revealed.
c) Growth in faith enlarges capacity (Isaiah 54:2): You must stretch your faith to receive more of His glory.
d) Hunger for God fuels greater encounters (Matthew 5:6): Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be filled.
Biblical Example: Paul grew in faith and endured trials, yet walked in increasing measures of God’s glory (Acts 28:1-10).
