Mark 11:2 (Amplified Bible)

And instructed them, Go into the village in front of you, and as soon as you enter it, you will find a colt tied, which has never been ridden by anyone; unfasten it and bring it [here].

V. THESIS:

Even a rude, foolish fellow can be ruled over by the LORD by loosing him to serve the LORD.

C. Purpose: To present JESUS of Nazareth as GOD's Suffering Servant, the Redeemer of the world

E. Main Theme: CHRIST is the tireless servant of GOD and humanity.

10:45 For even the Son of Man came not to have service rendered to Him, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for (instead of) many.

A. Go into the village

"And instructed them, Go into the village in front of you, and as soon as you enter it,"

Matthew 21:2 (Amplified Bible)

21:2 Saying to them, Go into the village that is opposite you, and at once you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her; untie [them] and bring [them] to Me.

Luke 19:30 (Amplified Bible)

19:30 Telling [them], Go into the village yonder; there, as you go in, you will find a donkey’s colt tied, on which no man has ever yet sat. Loose it and bring [it here].

JESUS is the One giving the instruction so have to obey because it has blessings that follows it.

B. You will find a colt tied

"you will find a colt tied, which has never been ridden by anyone;"

A colt tied.

A colt looked contemptible, made no figure. It's a colt that no man has never sat before, it's rough, untrimmed, rude, ungovernable, would disturb and disgrace the solemnity.

Genesis 1:28 (Amplified Bible)

1:28 And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.

Colt represents a young foolish fellow; a person without experience or stability.

Job 11:12 (Amplified Bible)

11:12 But a stupid man will get wisdom [only] when a wild donkey’s colt is born a man [as when he thinks himself free because he is lifted up in pride].

Never been ridden by anyone:

When an animal is used for sacred purpose, it should never been used before by anyone else.

Numbers 19:2 (Amplified Bible)

19:2 This is the ritual of the law which the Lord has commanded: Tell the Israelites to bring you a red heifer without spot, in which is no blemish, upon which a yoke has never come.

Deuteronomy 21:3 (Amplified Bible)

21:3 And the city which is nearest to the slain man, the elders of that city shall take a heifer which has never been worked, never pulled in the yoke,

CHRIST JESUS came here to seek and save the lost.

15:7 Thus, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one [especially] wicked person who repents (changes his mind, abhorring his errors and misdeeds, and determines to enter upon a better course of life) than over ninety-nine righteous persons who have no need of repentance.

15:8 Or what woman, having ten [silver] drachmas [each one equal to a day’s wages], if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and look carefully and diligently until she finds it?

15:9 And when she has found it, she summons her [women] friends and neighbors, saying, Rejoice with me, for I have found the silver coin which I had lost.
