Summary: Praise is a mighty weapon of warfare in the life of the believer, when we learn how to excercise ourselves in praise regardless of our emotions we have taken a big step toward consistent victorious living.

Ps 150:6 Let everything that hath breath praise ye the Lord.

Make the choice to rejoice,

Ps.9:2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most high.

Ps.34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth, my soul shall make her boast in the Lord, O magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together.

Lincoln said: I have discovered that people are as happy as they choose to be.

Prov 15:15 All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.

NATURE PRAISES GOD

Ps 65:13 The pastures are clothed with flocks: the valleys also are covered over with corn: they shout for joy, they also sing,

Ps.69:34 Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.

Ps.98:8 Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together.

PRAISE”= THE REQUIRED SACRIFICE

Ps.100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him and bless his name. ( We don’t even get in his presence until we bring the sacrifice of praise) Lit. praise is the gate by which we enter his presence.

NEW TESTAMENT PRIESTHOOD

Heb.13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God, continually, that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks unto his name.

THE PRIVALEDGE OF PRAISE

Ps.150:9 This honour have all his saints, Praise ye the Lord.

HOW DO WE PRAISE THE LORD?

Ps.149:1-3 Says: Praise his name in the dance, Let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.

Then again

Ps.150:6 Says: Praise him with the sound of the trumpet. praise him with the psaltry and harp. praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments, and organs. praise him upon the ( loud) cymbals, Praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

let every thing that hath breath praise ye the Lord.

PRAISE IN WARFARE

Praise is a vital element of spiritual warfare, you’ll never know victory until praise holds it’s rightful place in your life.

2Cho.20:22 Tells us how praise makes spiritual warfare effective.

Praise Brings God into our battles, Through praise Gods power is activated on our behalf.

Acts 16:25-26 We find it was through prayer and praise, that the foundations of the prison were shaken and everyones bonds were loosed.

25 ¶ And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.

Through bold agressive praise, bondages are broken and captives are set free.

Ps.149:6-9 Tells us that through the warfare of praise, we bring evil powers into bondage and execute judgement upon them.

"Let the high praises of God, be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand: to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron: To execute judgement upon them the judgement written.

Praise and worship time in our services is not just a time to be blessed, it’s the time to become bold and agressive and begin to do warfare in behalf of those who are bound and oppressed by the devil,

If it seems the devil is gaining ground in your life, then you better check your praise level. (Satan cannot endure the praises of God)

If you want to know where God lives, I’ve found his address -Ps 22:3 But thou art holy o thou that inhabitest the praises of Isreal.

Has God been Homeless? If your life is void of praise, then God has been homeless, It’s time to give him a home and a throne ( Fill your life with his praises.)
