What you don’t know can hurt you and certainly won’t help anyone else. The Apostle Paul said that he didn’t want us to be "ignorant" about our spiritual gifts. So why are we?

God’s power and presence is apparent when we use our gifts as stewards in total reliance upon Him.

Gifts are to be used for the building up of the body. However, our greatest strength is our greatest weakness, and when a gift is used in the power of the flesh, it has destructive consequences illustrated in 1 Corinthians 12
