We are going to go through a couple chapters of Scripture from the Gospel of John that takes us from the crucifixion of Jesus to His resurrection from the grave.

God the Son invaded time and space and took on our humanity. God the Creator of the galaxies, came down through forty and two generations and as someone has said, “put on a robe of flesh” becoming just like us yet without sin.

Because of the Resurrection, the Christian lives spiritually—our sins have been forgiven, paid in full! The Resurrection is the receipt that is proof that the price has been paid!

Because of the indwelling Holy Spirit, the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is the power that enables us to walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the sinful thinking, immoral conduct and fickled feelings.
