The Word has established him, strengthen him & transformed him, but he is still in need of more of God, more of God's enabling & more of God's Word.The final meditation is from one who knows what it is like to to go astray & be brought back home again.

Our text declares that a person cleanses his way by obeying God's Word . When we delight ourselves in God's Word we will hide it in our heart, meditate upon it & share it with others.

Our psalmist in this section declares that his hope is received from the Word of God which renews his life. Even though our psalmist is afflicted & scorned by the arrogant, he is sustained by hope. For hope shines brightest in the darkness.

God does what is good, because God is good. Our Good God acts in accordance with His Word. Therefore God's Word is good and as we learn here, His word is good for us
