What does the word excellence mean to you? To me excellence means to be consistent in good character, attitude, quality, and standards. It means to be unapologetically different. Being a person of excellence is a continuous process and should the goal for every believer.

Daniel learned to navigate change in a healthy way that fosters growth and resilience. He remained open, accessible and available to be used again. This maybe the most challenging as we pursue execellence.
