1. Work To Rest

Hebrews 4 calls us to work to rest. We do well when we do our work within the context of God’s rest.
We gather together on Sunday mornings in church for worship… so really we shouldn’t start by thinking of us and what we want or need from church. The appearance of Melchizedek in Hebrews 7 is there to draw us not to this mysterious figure Melchizedek, but there to draw us to God through Jesus Christ.
