God is the creator of not only laws of nature, but also social, moral and spiritual laws. Just like He did at the outset of creation, God uses the moral and spiritual laws to take the formless voids of our lives and gives them shape and brigtness by His light.
Many critics argue that the Bible story of creation is "geo" centric (centered around the earth). The God of Abraham, is still calling people today -- out of a self-centered existence into a life of daily service to Him.

Adam and Eve were stricken with the shame of guilt and lost their place in the garden and found themselves hiding from an omnicient and omnipotent creator. God comes calling out "Where are you?"

Christ’s blood is better than Abel’s blood of the sacrifice (not Abel’s own blood shed). Abel's own blood cries for vengeance (Genesis 4:10); Christ's blood cries for peace and pardon.
