Week 1 of "Cultures That Don't Break" — the C3PT series. From Hebrews 5:12-14 and 6:1-3: the culture in the middle of your church is either growing or dying. Milk Christians in meat positions break cultures. The call is to go on unto perfection — daily, in Christ.

C3PT: Communication. Small c communication destroys church culture. Jesus commands capital C Communication — clear, honest, and rooted in love. Stop talking about people. Talk to them.

3. Collaboration That Isn't Competition

C3PT: Collaboration. God designed the body with diverse gifts for the common good. Competition kills the culture. The table is set and there is room for everyone.

4. Board Of Peace Or Prince Of Peace

C3PT: Culture and Trust. Psalm 2:1-12. Boards manufacture peace but only Christ provides it. Stop trying to produce in the boardroom what only the Prince of Peace can give.
