Cost of any freedom has never been cheap. For our freedom, Christ died and shed His blood as a ransom for our sins. If the cost was not paid by His blood, we would only be redeemed temporarily and would continue to live as slaves like the folks of the OT.

For some that means accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior so you might be set free from the penalty and presence of sin, and then learn how to live each day free from sin's power.
