Eventhough it sometimes appears that God is doing nothing, he is preparing his judgement on evil for the end of the world

7. Passion For God

God will overthrow those who are opposed to him, his appointed leader will take his place over the people, and the rule of God will extend to the whole earth until all those who were cut off have been brought back to worship God in Jerusalem.
