About the Book
The Double Blessing sermon series is inspired by Mark Batterson's book, Double Blessing: How to Get It - How to Give It. In this book, he shares how the key to increasing your faith, joy, and abundance is by flipping the blessing.
Batterson’s journey started with a simple experiment: every time he received a blessing, he would bless someone else in a similar way. This principle, rooted in the Abrahamic covenant, states: "I will bless you . . . and you will be a blessing."
We are blessed to bless others. The first blessing is receiving, but it doesn't stop there. The second blessing comes when we give it away, leading to an overflow of joy and generosity.
