When I was in Atlanta I saw a young lady with blue hair and bright red streaked hair with yellow mixed underneath setting on a bench.
-She had ear rings, nose rings, eyebrow rings and a lip ring. I went over to talk to her. I told her that I liked her hair. (I really did -she looked nice.)
