WRITE IT DOWN
Ma and Pa were sitting on the porch swing. Ma asked Pa to go down to the drug store and buy her an ice cream sundae with chocolate syrup. And she told him to write it down because he wouldn’t remember it. He told her he would not write it down; he didn’t need to write it down; he would remember it. They kept this up for a while.
He finally went down to the drugstore and came back with a sack and handed it to her. And she pulled out a ham sandwich. And she said, "Pa, I knew you’d forget. I asked for mustard not mayonnaise."
