DEFINING MOMENTS
The American director, Ken Burns (Born: 1953), once said; and, I quote: "Good history is a question of survival. Without any past, we will deprive ourselves of the defining impression of our being."
The American public servant, Donald Evans (Born: 1946), once said; and, I quote: "And when you really think about the 9-11 event, the horrific attack on our land here in America and the death of three thousand of our loves ones, it was a defining moment."
