Parents Get Low Grades: An annual poll of teens by the Child Welfare League of America finds teens grading parents low in numerous categories. Failing grades were given when asked if adults are stopping teens from smoking, drinking or using drugs, and if adults “really listen to—and understand young people.” Their highest grades were B’s for providing a quality education and for providing safe homes.
