Not So Objective Reviews: Amazon.com’s anonymous reviewers lost their anonymity recently when their identities were revealed on Amazon’s Canadian Web site. Among those named were authors who posted glowing reviews of their own work, apparently to boost sales. (USA Today 2/16/04)
