We have this plant in our office. I have it right here this morning in this small clay pot.
It is a small tiny little thing.
And there is this note, taped to a pencil, and the pencil is stuck in the soil.

Several years ago, I had the opportunity to visit Plant City, Florida where they grow huge strawberries. They cultivate the soil and make special, raised beds for the strawberries. They then lay a thin sheet of black plastic over the beds before they plant the strawberries.
