Healthy Dining An 8 year Columbia University study has verified kids who have dinner with their parents less than 3 times a week are much likelier to smoke, to drink, or to use drugs than kids who have dinner with their parents 5 to 7 times a week. Kids who dine frequently with parents have reduced risk factors of stress, boredom, and pressure from academic demands in school. (Agape Press 6/16/06)
