Biblical Proof the Creator of Heaven & Earth also Wrote the Bible

Hebrews 3:4 “For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.”

A house does not build itself. A creation cannot create itself! Christ has built all things for He is God! (John 1:1-3; Col. 1:16-17; Isa. 9:6). Thus “the Spirit of Christ that was in the Old Testament Prophets (I Peter 1:10-12), revealed things in His Word, the Bible, that would prove its supernatural origin & inspiration! The Bible is a supernatural Book!

Suppose I claim that I built a certain old house, but I have no witnesses, and people will not believe that I was the builder.

How can I prove that I built the house beyond any reasonable doubt?

I can prove that I built it if I can reveal several of the things which are hidden in the interior construction, which no one can see by just looking at the house. If the house is examined & dissected enough to reveal all the things which I describe, which no one else knew, I will have established my claim.

Suppose in such a case I should say: “When the cement was being poured, I dropped an old nail and can of Pepsi, which set in the cement in the northeast corner. In the southeast corner you will find a lot of old wire stuck in the concrete.

You will find in the framing that 2 x 8 floor joists were used instead of 2 x 6, as is common. The southwest corner is framed by nailing together four studs instead of the common three.”

And so, I go on and tell you 20 things that went into that house, running from the foundation to the roof. Things that no one else knew about at that time it was constructed. Then suppose you tear that house apart and find the 20 items exactly as I described them. What conclusion will you draw about my claim to be the builder of that house? No one would question my claim. We are in exactly the same position with respect to the discovery of around 100 scientific facts recorded in the Bible by “holy men of God who spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit” (2 Peter 1:20-21). They revealed scientific facts that have only recently been discovered as our ability to do good science has progressed. But at the time the Old Testament was being written these many scientific principles were totally unknown to mankind.

God knew the End Times would be times of great spiritual deception and irrational intellectual attacks against His Word. So, embedding these scientific facts within His Inspired Word becomes a powerful proof of the Divine inspiration of the Bible in our age of rebellion and skepticism. These Scientific facts are just one way we can know for certain that the God revealed in the Bible is the same God who created the Heavens and the Earth. He revealed scientific truths 1000’s of years ago in His Holy Word that have only recently been discovered as true!
