Lamentations | God's Great Faithfulness
Shared on: Aug 24, 2020
A greater time of lamenting cannot be imagined apart from what Jeremiah depicts in the Book of Lamentations. He sees the covenant people of God going into exile while being ruthlessly killed and stricken with a severe famine. And yet, as the people receive the covenant curses promises by Moses, Jeremiah holds on to the truth that because God is dishing out his promised curses, he will also in time deliver the people back to the land as he promised!
