Evangelism | Ordinary People, Extraordinary Spirit, Indomitable Message
Shared on: Jul 3, 2017
Although we may often feel timid and afraid, God has nevertheless called each of us, as ransomed sons and daughters, to participate in His ministry of salvation for sinners. We get to share the message of reconciliation with the world—the message of justification and peace with God through faith alone! We get to carry the glorious gospel of all grace to every corner of Creation as ambassadors of our King and Savior, Jesus Christ. And we can go forth in confidence because although we are ordinary people, we have been filled with God's extraordinary Spirit and we herald an indomitable message that the world cannot extinguish. God offers mercy to sinners, eternal life instead of eternal damnation, and we have the privilege to tell the world this good news. May this collection of resources help ignite a burning passion in the heart of your community to seize every opportunity in our family life, in our neighborhoods, and in our workplaces to speak of the love of God in Christ.
