Thanksgiving | An Angle From The Psalms
Shared on: Nov 21, 2022
For centuries the Psalms have provided a language for believers to communicate the depth of their thoughts and feelings to God. Jesus and Paul both drew from the Psalms to express their solid Biblical truths and the depths of their hearts. Benedictine orders pray the Psalms daily and Martin Luther declared, "A Psalm a Day Keeps the Devil Away." There are words and images within the Psalms that give people a way to more concretely and intimately express thanks to God. Use this bundle to help teach your congregation rhythms that help to cultivate a posture and lifestyle of gratitude.
