Some pastors claim to be prophets, and some prophets are pastoring churches. Not everyone is called to this dual role.
Jeremiah 1:5 has been used by many pastors to indicate that God has a purpose for everyone in the womb. In context, the Lord was speaking directly to His prophet to let him know that he had been ordained a prophet in the womb. Some pastors say they are also prophets, but there is a distinction.
