  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I’m still establishing myself as a new pastor. God’s still training me.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: I like the old preaching best and feel there is much more depth to it.
  • One of my favorite illustrations: Optical illusions. How we view things in life that seem to look one thing, yet can be something else.
  • Family: I have 5 children and 1 grandson. I am married to David who works with the mentally ill. I am also a part-time school teacher with kids between 4-11 years.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: N/A
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: My Husband thinks I’m the best preacher out; (but then he would say that)
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Never presume everyone Knows Christ, or the bible stories.
  • Books that have had an impact: anything by A W Tozer, Dr Martin Lloyd Jones, and Charles Spurgen.
  • Hobbies: singing, guitar, computer, soccer, and reading.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Be careful church with the holy things of God. Don’t touch what belongs to Him. Keep your hands off His church.

  • What I want on my tombstone: She served Him who loved her
