About Bret
  • Education: Lincoln Christian University
  • Experience: Been in ministry since 1986 when I started preaching at a small church while in college. I've worked with local churches and international ministries.
  • Family: Married to a wonderful wife who quit her job to support our ministry here. Three kids. The oldest is out of the house, the two youngest take a lot of time! My son has autism and is non-verbal. Every day is a challenge with him, but one I can't wait to meet!
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My mom is in my church every Sunday. I'm not sure she gets me though. :-)
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She thinks I'm the best....she's not allowed to hear anyone else.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: "If you haven't struck oil after 20 minutes, stop boring."
  • Hobbies: Geocaching, eating.
