Summary: God's guidance through our Christian journey. The importance of relaying on the Lord for direction.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL: "TRUST THE LORD FOR GUIDANCE " Psalm 37:24 Though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand." As we make all kinds of plans for another year, remember you will always need help. Depending on God's help, as the Psalmist David reminds us to trust the Lord for guidance. The wicked scheme, plot and manipulate to steal from others to gain wealth. They seek and gain power over others and overlooks the helpless as they continue on their merry way. We deplore with the Psalmist David, that such conduct of the wicked should be punished. But do we often chart our own course and resort to schemes and manipulation to get your own way for what we believe to be a good cause? It's so much easier to trust the Lord for guidance. "Though he stumbles, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him wth His hand." By admitting our waywardness, we place ourselves in the mighty and strong hands of God who sent His only Son to go to the cross for our sins. Seek His guidance, because He supplies direction in His Word. He desires us to glorify Him by serving others. We live the love of Jesus on our jobs, in our homes, in our neighborhoods, in our communities, and in our churches. We will stumble because of our sin and weakness, but we will not fall because the Lord upholds us with His hand.
