How to Be On Mission With God (Phil. 2:13,14)
"For God is at work in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure."
Too many people are trying to do a mission for God instead of participating in God’s mission. Only when we allow the power of His word and His Holy Spirit to work in us and through us will we truly be on mission with God.
Jesus said, "If you abide in Me and my word abides in you then you will bear much fruit and prove to be my disciples." (John 15:16)
Jesus said, "As the Father as sent me so send I you." (John 20:21)
Paul wrote, "It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me. And the life that I now live I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me." (Gal. 2:20)
Paul wrote, "For to me to live is Christ and to die is gain." (Phil 1:21)
Paul wrote, "We are sorrowful, yet always rejoicing, poor yet making many rich, having nothing yet possessing all things. Always bearing in our bodies the death of the Lord Jesus so that the life of Christ may be made manifest in our bodies." (2 Cor. 6:10-18)
