Summary: The best way to live is one of life's biggest questions. I am totally convinced that the life Jesus invites us to in the gospels is the best way to live.

In-Pursuit—Prayer Revived.

Hebrews 11:1-2NKJV

The best way to live is one of life's biggest questions. I am totally convinced that the life Jesus invites us to in the gospels is the best way to live. In fact, I am so convinced that even if you could prove to me that God does not exist, that eternity does not exist, and that after we die we simply cease to exist, I would still believe that the teachings of Jesus offer the best way to live.

The Father wants our prayers, our dialog with Him to be revived.

This very moment—Ask to revive your prayer life.

Prayer—Father, in Jesus’ name rekindle the flame of my spiritual life—Amen.

God desires we live the gospels.

Prayer—Father, in Jesus’ name help me to show Jesus your Son through all I do; Help me to live the gospels.

“Testimonies will transpire as you live the gospels.” P.H

Prayer—I thank you Jesus that everything written in the Father’s eternal word has manifested, or will manifest. Nothing will go undone. I thank you Jesus, that everything spoken of you actually occurred. Moreover, everything written inside your love letter can earnestly be believed.

Hebrews 11:1-2,6NKJV Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Now faith is…

Think about it, God gives us life one moment at a time. God and life are always found in the now.

The Lord said, “Live everyday now, be passionate with God.”

It’s not enough to obtain faith for faith, we must have faith in God.

Remember, This faith in God doesn’t exempt us from testings and trails, on the contrary, “This faith overcomes everything!”

Psalm 34:19NKJV Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.

Listen to what occurs as we live this glorious faith:

1 John 5:4AMP For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].

Your faith in the saving grace of Jesus is a game changer.

Can I remind you that—Faith in God wins every time!

Hear what Jesus’ disciple said about Him. Matthew 8:27,“What sort of man is this that even the winds and seas obey Him?”

This is the God Man! “Can I remind you that according to Hebrews 7:25, Jesus is interceding for you right now,

And, Hebrews 13:8NKJV Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever.

Prayer—I thank you Lord that everything written inside God’s word is for my benefit. I thank you Lord that for the rest of my life I will get to know God’s-love-letter written to and about me.

Everyday is a choice—an individual choice to be made every hour of everyday.

Prayer—Lord, I desire for you to change me, begin this change now.

God loves suddenly’s—Acts 2:1-2NKJV When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

“God’s got a suddenly with your name on it!” P.H

Peter preaches and heralds in Acts 3:19KJV  Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

Prayer—Undo all my works—I surrender them to you.

According to Ephesians 1:3, We have been blessed with every spiritual blessing from the heavenly’s, because we have been made rich in Jesus.

Prayer—Fill me Lord—Fill me full of your spirit!

According to Ephesians 5:18-19NLT Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit,19 singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts.

Prayer—Father, help us to begin worship, You created us to worship. As we worship, we enter into Holy places.

Q&A: Have you been to many holy places lately? A holy place is a place where we seek and find God.

Hebrews 4:15-16NLT This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. 16 So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

Prayer—Thank you for your holy place and your heavenly grace, it’s all I’ll ever need.

Psalm 63:1-5NKJV O God, You are my God;

Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You;

My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land

Where there is no water. 2 So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory. 3 Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You. 4 Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. 5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.

David is saying, As I thirst and bless my Lord, my soul shall be satisfied.

Here’s a word—God wants you to live your best possible life.

Forget about yesterday; Forget about all your yesterdays. You cannot change them.

God is more interested in your future than He is in your past—but He is more interested in your now, today, God wants you to begin intentionally living your best life.

Remember, Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is…

In the end it is a choice, an individual choice to be made every day and every hour.

However, remember, it is always the same question: “Is it true, every bit of it?”

If the gospel is true, then I desire to live it.

Prayer—Lord prepare me for heaven.

CS Lewis wrote, If you read history you will find that the Christians who did most for the present world were those who thought most of the next. The Apostles themselves, who set on foot the conversion of the Roman Empire, the great man who built up the Middle Ages, the English Evangelicals who abolished the Slave Trade, all left their mark on earth, precisely because their minds were occupied with heaven. It is since Christians have largely ceased to think of the other world that they have become so ineffective in this.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18NKJV For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Did you know—Heaven is mentioned in 54 of the 66 books of the Bible. In the book of Matthew alone, Jesus mentions heaven 70 times. If heaven is not real, then the Bible is a lie.

“Refuse to live for pleasure. Don’t live for things that temporarily satisfy. Live for Jesus today.” P.H

1 Corinthians 2:9NKJV But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

There is a story about a young boy who was born blind. All his young life his mom would tell him about everything, explaining colors, shapes and sizes. As this boy got older, a surgeon became known for eye surgery that had the ability to repair this young man’s eyes. After the surgery with bands on his eyes, the bands were taken off, the young man could see, he begin to cry and ask his mother why she didn’t tell him about this beauty.

She replied, “I did my best!”

Again Verse 9, of 1 Corinthians 2, Nothing is compared to the things God has prepared for us!

Benediction.
