To show that in after every meal, we need to: (1) praise the LORD JESUS, (2) thank the LORD JESUS for the good land we're standing on.

Deuteronomy 8:10 (Amplified Bible)
8:10 When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the Lord your God for all the good land which He has given you.

Praise, worship and thank You very much, we glorify and give You honor LORD JESUS for all satisfaction and fulness came from You and You gave us this good land.

Our entire duty, and work here on earth is to worship our Maker but unbelievers have missed it, they used their life here on earth to be rich, famous and acquire lots of properties thinking that this is the end, while we think this is only the beginning, we would rather be rich in spiritual blessing rather than the things of this world, for this is only pre-beginning of our lives here on earth, not the real one, for our life is in GOD with Him.

12:13 All has been heard; the end of the matter is: Fear God [revere and worship Him, knowing that He is] and keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man [the full, original purpose of his creation, the object of God’s providence, the root of character, the foundation of all happiness, the adjustment to all inharmonious circumstances and conditions under the sun] and the whole [duty] for every man.

Even our eating and drinking are temporarily given to us in this world to give glory to JESUS, but it's not the end of it all, someday we will no longer eat and will have to give glory to JESUS face to face.

A. Bless/Praise the LORD JESUS
"When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless"
Before the word "bless" there's the Aleph-Tav signature of the ALPHA&OMEGA that is the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Eaten or "akal" in Hebrew means:
1. to eat
2. burn up, consume, devour
Full or "saba sabea" in Hebrew means:
1. sate - to satisfy appetite; to glut; to feed beyond natural desire.
2. fill to satisfaction
3. have enough, have plenty of, be satiate, satisfy, suffice, be weary of
Those with alibis that does not want to do this may reason out, "Hey, I'm still not satisfied. I'm still not full. There's only a few food." Still satisfaction and having plenty is by faith and only JESUS can satisfy.
We pray like this after we've eaten our meal, "Praise You FATHER GOD, I am full and satisfied in JESUS, thank You for the good land You've given to us." and even memorized it because it lies in Deuteronomy 8:10. The LORD JESUS CHRIST is the key to our being full and satisfaction that's why He left His signature in this verse before the word "bless".
Even the LORD JESUS was given to the crowd's anger and envy of them to satisfy them.
Mark 15:15 (Amplified Bible)
15:15 So Pilate, wishing to satisfy the crowd, set Barabbas free for them; and after having Jesus whipped, he handed [Him] over to be crucified.
Will you ever be satisfied and full? Come on now. Even the celebrities in Hollywood that are super-rich never are satisfied and full, and when you think they're full and satisfied they committed suicide.
Only in JESUS you can find full satisfaction.

10:10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
If you are not in the LORD you are nothing. Even if you're super-rich but if you're not in the LORD, you are nothing.

The LORD JESUS is the Source/Cause of everything in this world, so learn and make it a habit to acknowledge, praise, worship, thank, glorify and honor the LORD JESUS in everything.

It's an acknowledgement from the food that we eat to survive and the land that we're stepping on came all from the LORD, it's the LORD'S gifts to us under the blessing of the LORD that makes us rich. If we don't know it, start realizing it right now, ALL came from the LORD. There are people who eat the bread of sorrows just because they don't accept the LORD as LORD and SAVIOR and are not born again.
Psalms 127:2 (Amplified Bible)
127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to take rest late, to eat the bread of [anxious] toil—for He gives [blessings] to His beloved in sleep.
Our GOD gives us bread that came from His Grace and Goodness as a gift, not to be earned and worked for.

If you think you are the provider for your family, re-think and think again, GOD is the Provider and you are the receiver.
